Front desk clerk always has a chip and services take years to start

At the very moment. 1/4 of my service here is decent. Those staffed here at Eastway Behavioral Health are 100% unprofessional, they are rude, racists, and hateful. I recommend taking a day off, well you will probably only need a hour. But take a day. Go sit in their waiting room, and witness it yourself.
The state really needs to weigh in here.

They neither picked up my call, nor returned my message. If you are in a serious need of mental health services, skip this place. (I went there personally first but for some reason the person at the front desk couldn't book me for an appointment, so she gave me a number to call?)

This establishment has what it takes to do what thru do best..is help people.. and make sure that everything is going as it should. Since the upgrade on the looks of the building..well let's just say..it's soothing and relaxing..they knew what they were doing when they choose this...thank you..besides making a person feel good about themselves....you also made the eye look at a beautiful picture as in your building.

Amazing staff. My caseworker is awesome and surprisingly enough, even with the pandemic, the doctor is very thorough and truly cares.

Very poor client care and in my opinion very unprofessional.

I called 3 times a week for a month before I was called back to get services then my case worker wouldn't return calls when I left messages I was freaking out and needed help. She only called once every week or two and did nothing to help me. I called her numerous times and got a voice message. Medicaid was charged $100 for me leaving messages.
