Pros:
- Growth potential whatever accounts or department you are in
- I love the company culture and most people I work with
- Operational efficiency
- There are initiatives for employees happiness

Cons:
- No cons YET. :P

Pay should have been higher, but, it's still competitive. Other than that, all thumbs up! Nice people, great culture, and the environment isn't stressful as opposed to other BPO companies.
