Great customer service and great prices. Returning each year!

I don t recommend renting from this place. Their skies are on the low end of the quality spectrum, they don t really take care of them and their prices are not low enough to justify the lack of quality and customer experience. I returned the skies after they were on top of my car and they wanted to charge me 60$ for two pairs of skies for tune-up, because there was some rust on the edges. They never informed me of this btw and I ve never had to deal with such a thing before. No matter how you carry the equipment, there is going to be some shallow rust if you have it on the ski rack, it s not out of the ordinary. I feel like this is not good customer care at all, as they should tune their equipment by default after each use and not charge customers, it s their cost of doing business. Will definitely avoid them in the future

Stopped in here because we couldn t get day of rentals at a different place.
The rental option was amazing, we went on Saturday, and instead of rushing to return that day or even having to do it Sunday- I relaxed and was able to return them on my lunch Monday!
The employees were SO helpful and kind (checking out took a while) but only because a few issues came in at once- but everyone was SO kind and so pleasant through the wait. And we re very apologetic
Long story short, super easy rental with great pick up and drop off times. Amazing service, by knowledgeable employees! Thanks guys

On a snowy day in January 2019, Eastside Ski & Sport helped me find some gear to help stay warm. Thanks for the help and great customer service!

I usually wax my own snowboard, but I decided to bring my board in for a full tuneup before the season begins. They did a phenomenal job on my board, they fixed a bunch of scratches on my base, and now it is completely ready for the season. I highly recommend them!

Amazing customer service and great staff. I always rented my snowboards here and just recently bought a snowboard from them as well. I had an issue with the bindings and they fixed it immediately with no hassle. I would highly recommend these guys for snowsports service and I'm sure their bike services are just as amazing. Now that I have my own board I won't be renting from them anymore, but I will be sure to go to them for service in the future!

Writing this while leaving the shop now. . The owner of this shop is extremely nice. We recently got a bike and it didn't work out for us as we were looking for something different and this was the first time we went bike shopping and he was really helpful in understanding our requirements. I will definitely come back in the future.

I had bought my bike from the Redmond Microsoft campus and these guys were really helpful to claim my Shimano shifter warranty. Bike technician Jim is a great guy and they even opened to store to fix my bike on their holiday. They didn't try to unnecessarily sell parts and just replaced what was needed. Highly recommended for buying and servicing the bike.

It took OVER 2 HOURS to get skis & boots! Only two people working on a busy day and 5 people behind us were helped and out of there before us with skis rentals, we were ignored half the time and the owner was bouncing around to different people who just walked in the door. We were doing a season rental which isn't cheap they were helping people with that were behind us. The owner was going back & forth helping people behind us and took forever for finish us. THEN we were about to check out and one of our bindings that were supposedly sized was wrong we almost walked out of there without our bindings set. our kids got so tired of waiting over 2 hours! I told the owner that we were passed by several groups behind us all he seemed to not care, he should finish with a group and then help the next one but we waited and waited ready to go as he ran around back and forth, it was a free for all, those who pushed in front of the counter got more of his attention and ignored us waiting ahead of them. If you want help here you have to be super pushy get in their face and hover over them so they finish you! They don't take people in order, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It's too bad as we are really close to them. Next year we will try a different place! I sure hope the equipment is decent, it's ok but definitely looks well used!
