Great location , wonderfully mangrove seen and friendly staff

Great hotel, friendly staff as expected. However the experience is not so great. The pool was freezing, breakfast was meager. The place felt like a haunted fancy hotel.

Very nice place to visit the mangrove with kayaks and if you're lucky you'll see some flamingos !

Good services by cook and assistant staff for food and beverages.nicely greeting and providing good food and serving good food and care .

Went for brunch and was told it would cost x amount to upgrade to alcohol package. When we got the bill it was much more than the quoted amount. Poor

This was our 2nd stay here. Lovely helpful staff, can't do enough for you. Nice location away from the hustle & bustle of the city but an easy taxi ride away. Will definitely go again!

Now this is a place that I will never forget. This place is breathing with hospitality and a home feel. Also the food is out of this world. I've been a regular customer for many years and they keep improving. One sad thing is they don't offer any points or loyalty programs. If they do have, they are hidding it.

Amazing location and easy to access,outstanding service,to be honest every one there want to make you happy and satisfied from the heart,i dont give the five stars often but here it well deserved, the guys on the pool were extra kind and do the job from the heart just like all the rest,will defin be regular there and the hotel is kids friendly and the breakfast is just amazing. Dont miss the rooms with the mangroves voew.

One of my favorite hotels. Live arabic songs, big swimming pool, spacious rooms.

Price is very reasonable in comparison to quality of service.

For the price the room is not that big but its comfortable.

The buffet is so nice and delicious and also unique u must try it its not really pricey for the view and the quality of the food.

The food was fabulous and also its cuisine international...including Arabic ,Asian and western....where as the location is also great.....

The hotel pool feels great towards the mangroves but is not satisfied with the breakfast service during Ramadan.

It is a very nice and quiet place, there is an open buffet and the food is delicious and delicious and the price is very suitable for the type and varieties of food available

Excellent hotel, with a wide choice of restaurants. The mangrove side is very calm. The site is beautiful. The staff is attentive. I recommend.

One of the worst experiences.
They definitely can't handle the peak times. We went on Eid holiday, I asked before I leave what time is the check in they told me 3 pm.
We reached 3.30 yet it took them 2 hours to get us into the rooms, and I have seen all the people complaining about the same thing.
The restaurant also was having the same issue. No one to meet the people or ask about their rooms' number, No tables available or any kind of organizing.
One of the stuff simply told me we have only outdoor seating, in June!!!
On the other hand, the rooms are nice and clean. The food was good.
In general if you're planning to go don't go on any puplic holiday or any peak time.

We recently visited from Toronto and we spent one night here , we enjoyed our stay the swimming pool is great , rooms were fantastic , amazing staff , customer service , food , two free snacks time kids loved it .. the only downside is there is no beach !

The room was great and the bed was comfy. There was turndown service in the room. In addition, water activities like kayaking is available near the hotel
area. Promenade and supermarket is around the hotel.

I actually loved this place. The rooms were beautiful and I loved the privacy of the balcony. Clean and luxurious hotel with a lovely feel to it. I can't wait to be back

I really love this hotel, normal rooms are huge and their bathrooms are amazing!
Best thing is you can access the pool from your room!

Although the location is easily accessible, the rooms aren t modern in anyway. The TV is way too outdated so is the interior. The Bathroom was spacious enough and well fitted out. Breakfast was appalling and is not worthy of any mention. This hotel needs a revamp in terms of room interior and staff responsiveness. Overall not really impressed with the stay.

Nice place ambiance is good, a bit expensive but if u can afford its good place to spent time

At the end of my stay the experience soured. I am a non smoker and absolutely hate smell of cigarettes. We specifically had asked and got a non smoking room. However on the third night I ended up having to endure cigarette smoke filling in my room through the a/c duct. The reception did not help at all. The only option given to us was changing rooms at 11:30 pm. How is smoking inside a hotel room even allowed?

On a positive note- The Thai restaurant- Pacheylan is excellent. Every single individual in that restaurant deserves commendation. The fact that they have a full page dedicated to vegans made my heart dance. The restaurant manager was extremely gracious.

Extremely welcoming staff that knew me by name within one day. Was my first time at the hotel and spent just a weekend here. Food was a little on the pricey side but Expedia had a 25% discount for a single meal which was nice. The wifi was quite awful in my room (the only reason for 4 stars) I asked about it several times but was only told to try and login again. This was a signal issue not a login issue but that message didn't come across. Some power outlets in the room also didn't work well. But besides having to do work in the lobby or out by the pool (for the wifi) it was good. I highly recommend the Thursday BBQ deal!

I have lost my bracelet at the hotel, looked everywhere & couldn t find it, few hours after checkout they called and told me they have found it. I aprecaite their integrity.

The first reason for the evaluation is that someone does not return the call except after several attempts, and after the reply I asked the employee to transfer the call to make a reservation in the restaurant. And another thing, the employee gave me the direct restaurant number, and I tried to call, and the employee who answered what he deserves deals with clients, he has no style and returns the question more than once, and who doesn t believe, but he calls, even if it is not necessary to reserve

We had an excellent and relaxing week with fantastic service! At this point we would like to highlight Sophie from the restaurant, who read our wishes from our lips every morning with a smile and great cordiality.
Overall, the hotel is sparkling clean (you could eat from the floor here) and leaves nothing to be desired!
We would come again anytime - thank you very much!

Disappointing at best. Nothing in the way of restaurant options, tiny expensive portions for room service, we live in dubai and came here to celebrate a birthday- the bar area is flat, no atmosphere at all and we are so upset that we wasted our time and money in this hotel

Amazing Hotel ! Very clean, stunning views and wonderful staff. They will do anything to make your stay a great experience. The shisha in their restaurant is one of the best in Abu Dhabi. Anyone that likes to relax I recommend the side that has the view of the mangroves.
We have requested for a late check out many times and they were very polite in providing us with that extra time.

Great room, very spacious, comfortable beds, lovely view, quiet and chill atmosphere.

Restaurant has everything you need and want.
Breakfast is good and full of variety.

Reception staff is very helpful and they go out of their way to help you.

A clean nice hotel. It only has 2 elevators for the guests but fast and appropriate. I did not experience any delay during my stay. Friendly staff with quick service whenever requested. There is a nice walking area on the sea side. Good two restaurants in the hotel. Some small flies were noticed in the buffet area which I hope would be addressed by the management. Overall, it was a great experience.
