Check in took over 30 minutes.
Staff were not attentive

We booked to go cayaking through the mangroves 1 week in advance. When we got there they said the tide was out. When asked why they didn t tell us the tide would be out or to reschedule their response was the tide is an act of god, it is something we can t predict .

Nice place to stay at Abu Dhabi. Very nice and cooperative staff and great service with good food

We were a group of 10 ladies.... the service was not just slow but their duty manager was rude and irrogant ... his name was gustof.... he really needs to be trained about hospitality and guest communication

I will surely not go there again with his kind of staff a bailable

Great service and high quality hotel. Breakfast was great. Nice location. Pool area is nice (although a bit of noise when we went as building a tent for Ramadan).

Room smelt of smoke though, and TV got stuck on a channel (although fixed promptly when we told them, it broke in the night when we didn t feel like having someone come to our room).

Abdul and the pool team are fantastic, great service all day and nothing was a hassle for them, they are all a credit to the hotel.

Fantastic location by the mangroves and super hotel, really enjoyed our stay here for my husband's birthday. They left a lovely cake and bottle of wine on our room, so thoughtful.

Good room, very nice breakfeast, but the service staff at the outside restaurant is not well trained and cannot cope the number of guests. BBQ was only ok.

We had a 1 night stay Half board booking.
Checking was fast, Mrs Fatiha showed us to our rooms, explained everything in a very understandable summerized way. Gave a tour of the room and had enough knowledge about the watersports outside.
Breakfast was great, large variety of different food, pastries and fruits. Service was fast to clean or bring coffee.
Dinner was great too although they did not have buffet on fridays, they accomodated us and we ordered from their al acarte menua, to our suprise the appetizers and portion of the food was good enough for 4 people and we were only 2.
Above all the rooms are perfect wouldnt ask for more and the pool is big enough VERRRY CLEAN and no super loud music.
Definately a recommended hotel and a perfect getaway.
