Great management at this place they've always taken care of people want and need. But I not sure if they changed that I was recently I could have sworn on a day before Thursday either Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday they were open till 6 now it says 5. But Thursday and Friday they're open till 8 which is a plus
When their coin machine is down the sign for it being down should be put on all entries ways especially at all locations because some coin machines are further into certian locations. They are all good employees but that would be much more helpful
So mad right now, never had an atm dispense cash and then retract it and tell me I didn't remove the cash in the alotted time! What allotted time? There was no count down, no beeping, no warning, I mean when someone forgets their card it starts beeping, but not for your cash. Never again will I use Eastern Bank.
I went to this ATM to make a deposit after hours (5pm), the machine froze on me while I was making the deposit. The machine locked my card and kept the money as well. I had to come in today to get a new card. My card wasn't even found in the machine so it magically went missing. There was no customer service available, even by phone. I had to call the number on the ATM and press a random option to get a representative on the phone to lock my card. I find it unacceptable, nobody really cared to apologize either. Customer service was nice in replacing my card but overall, not good business.
one of the worst banks around. I have had eastern bank for about 9 years and ever since moving to Salem, it's been a nightmare. They have misplaced my check, twice. Recently they cancelled my debit card (for suspected fraud) without contacting me or letting me know which created all sorts of issues. Especially during the pandemic, you would think they would do more to help people stay on top of their accounts. Disappointment, go to any of the other locations in the area if you have a choice.
The worst bank I have ever dealt with.. opened a personal savings Acct because they were close by, then started my small business account with them, worst mistake I have made to date in my business venture.. I have had bank accounts with national banks like b of a and small local beach banks throughout Maryland Ohio and Washington DC literally this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with personally, an ESPECIALLY SMALL BUSINESS WISE
Went in to deposit money into the atm, and the machine miscounted at least 3 times. It was off by 20 dollars. Make sure you always count the money you are depositing and pay attention to the amount at the end of the transaction. If I had just done it quick and not fully paid attention I would have been out that money even if it was just 20 dollars... Machines make mistakes just like humans..
I vote Ana Disla employee of the pandemic! She really took charge and took care of us after identity fraud. Nice to know there is such great service out there
I was at the coin counter machine yesterday not really sure how to use, your associate Adam was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant and explained that I could dump the entire bag into machine rather then putting in a little at a time and the machine would automatically reject the dollar and half dollar coins. He is to be commended
Best place to bank and the Girls that work here are great they go above and beyond to help and know most by name if u bank here
