I went to this ATM to make a deposit after hours (5pm), the machine froze on me while I was making the deposit. The machine locked my card and kept the money as well. I had to come in today to get a new card. My card wasn't even found in the machine so it magically went missing. There was no customer service available, even by phone. I had to call the number on the ATM and press a random option to get a representative on the phone to lock my card. I find it unacceptable, nobody really cared to apologize either. Customer service was nice in replacing my card but overall, not good business.
