East Side Mario's Innes Review

Delicious! Haven't been to ESM in ages but their new menu has a great selection. Try the calamari diavolo!

I have to say, this is my all-time favorite restaurant so giving it a 4 stars really saddens me. I ordered the chicken parmesan with linguine Alfredo which came with bread and salad. The bread and salad did not taste as good as I'm used to, the bread having little to no garlic butter on it and the salad was dry and tasted kinda off. I also found a tiny bug in my salad which the waitress apologized for and I was given free desert (to be honest these things don't really bother me all that much and I was almost done my salad so declined another salad). The main course was amazing, as always. There was tons of cheese and tomato sauce on the chicken with parmesan cheese on the side and the linguine had a great noodle to sauce ratio. The meal was big enough for me to take half home for my lunch tomorrow so even though it was a little on the pricey side (just over 20$), it was worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant for pasta and the chicken parm. I haven't tried the desert yet (peanut butter stack) but it definitely looked yummy.

Had takeout (what else) and was pleased that the food was still quite good. Much better than the East Sides in Gloucester. They gave us extra salads for the kids , an extra loaf of garlic bread, accommodated a last minute change in sauces and gave huge portions of pasta. They also had it ready as soon as I got there and were super polite. And the gave us two 10 dollar off 40 coupons. Will definitely order from again.

Unfortunately in this circumstance when trying to support local buiseness this was a very disappointing visit to get the wrong order and another wait time and and bad service from the store manager. Not recommending this store in orleans

Manager didn't care that I got the wrong order and pretended to be busy. Blamed it on the call centre sending my order twice (although the order name was the same, the last name and the phone number AND order were not). Disappointed; will probably not order from there again

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to give word ratings on ubereats so im here to say Liz is wonderful and honestly the worst mistake made was taking away the notes section on uber eats so i cant tell the staff to have a great night. 11/10.

If you see a photo accompanying this post, that's the ladies in my life eagerly eating their dinner. Great food. Unfortunately for me, their vegan fair is lacking immensely.

Brought the family out for a dinner during Covid protocols, food was good and our server was great. My wife found her pasta dish a bit bland. I ordered a side of bacon wrapped scallops which really wasn't worth the $5 as there were 3 tiny scallops with very dry/crispy bacon.

Went to eat with my other half was disappointed last time since they had taken the only thing I liked off the menu but regret giving them a second chance ended up having actual dirt in my salad they couldn't replace it because they had run out of lettuce ! Can you believe a all you can eat salad and bread serves you salad with dirt and can't replace it! Pasta was ok shrimp was completely over cooked never going back !

Lunch time with my daughters in COVID era. Had a great time. Service and food were great. My youngest didn't like her drink (Cotton candy...I told her she would not...) When the manager saw that, he took it off my bill. This is taking care of their patrons. Thank you again. Will be back.
