Over all decent service and place to go for regular doctor. But their hours are not accurate at all. Says they're open ay 830a. This is FALSE. They open at about 1030a. They seriously need to update their hours!!
The staff is super friendly, the doctor Megan Crissman is so beautiful and nice, after getting my check up, she prayed with me and they keep up with you during your follow up. Love this place.
Wonderful place for health care. They treat the uninsured as well as the insured. Nurse Kim. G., Dr. Zimmerman, Mr. George, Anita N.P. and April S. are awesome! I have come across so many kind-hearted people here. The level of compassion and standard of care is of upmost qualitu. It's more than a health visit it's whole person care. Truly healing of body, mind and spirit.
the young lady at the front door has a very bad attitude and the scheduler is rude and nasty as well. everytime i try to leave messages for a supervisor it somehow never reaches them suprisingly.

My whole family have been going to this office for awhile. I love this place. Staff are super friendly including the doctors. Very professional manner. This place surely is a patient-centered medical center that will provide patients comfort and ease when it comes to healthcare. They also have a sliding scale support program which will help with people with low-income. Highly recommend for everyone!
East Liberty Family Health Care Center has a friendly staff, and every time I go in for a Doctors appointment or Dental appointment it is wonderful.
But, scheduling and calling in for medical or dental is a nightmare. I have called at least 3 times in the past year to get enabled for the Patient Portal with no progress. I avoid calling the main number because everytime I wait on hold for 10 min and hang up out of frustration. They need more than one phone number because this system is not working. Now with COVID, it is important to have virtual visit options and this doesn't seem to be an option. I hope that some major changes happen soon. I can't spend this much energy trying to schedule in the future.
All of that said, the medical and professional staff are amazing, once you get to them.
Today I had a bad experience with trying to schedule my daughter a apot. ..the scheduler was very rude...poor bedside manner..horrible customer service.. seems like she was having a bad morning never the less this is not how you address the issue ....and she hung up on me... WOW!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY...
Love the staff. Absolutely love. But the wait time is ALWAYS long. Like I make morning appointments and STILL wait over an hour to be seen sometimes! It's really unfathomable.
