Wasn't bad, some side doors have an issue opening at night to get in, people who work there are nice and helpful

As always this is the best chain of hotels...ask for Jeff he will take care of you.

Perfectly comfy room,,,will stay here again,,,lots of grass to walk dog,, restaurants in walking distance

The staff is very friendly. The room needed a little cleaning. It was taken care of quickly.

The check in staff was rude upon checking in. Both of the doors for entry on the side were out of order leaving only the main door to enter to and exit. We came back to the room in the evening only to find the room not serviced or fresh towels left. When we asked the front desk staff about it they said it was because they did not have any housekeeping staff. No accommodation or other solution was offered. If they don t have the staff to service or run the hotel, perhaps they should not be open for guest. This is inferior service to what I would expect from a Marriott chain hotel.

Terrible Courtyard by Marriott location. Parking is horrible, elevator to 2nd floor is way in the rear of the building when the check- in desk is in the front, the building is old and needs updating, exterior doors were not working, worse toilet ever, and coffee maker spewed water while it was off. All this in a stay of 14 hours.

My family and I stayed here this week Feb. 15- 18 because of the power outage with the snow storm. When I first called Monday morning the lady up front was very helpful and kind. We extended our stay since power was not on after the first night and although they were booking up fast she and the staff remained professional even with the phones going crazy! Our stay was great, rooms were clean and it was warm the entire time. So blessed we called this place when we did and they took care of my family so my kiddos didn t freeze.

The Assistant Manager, Fantasia was fantastic. She helped me several times over the course of two days. I was unprepared to stay away from home and I could not have asked for better service! Thank you and I can t wait to see the staff again.

Older hotel not to my liking. Nothing extra about the rooms, they did have microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge. I expect more for the $$$ this hotel charges. The only thing that looked semi up to date was the lobby area. It was just really a big disappointment for me. There were 2 friendly clerks that had me change from a 2 star because they were awesome even made me a cup of Starbucks after hours, there was one clerk that seemed as if I was disturbing him while he either search the internet or Chats on the phone. One housekeeping lady was really nice however the older lady was rude and didn't respond to my request for assistance. Not what I expected from a Marriott, I will be taking a break from this brand or making it my last option.
I had two rooms and by the time I arrived my parties were in place so I was unable to take many inside room pics(sorry). Please note this was my was my experience.

I've stayed at many Courtyard Marriott's over the years and this one was a DUMP. Marriott should be embarrassed this place bares their name. Was forced to stay here by the Hockey Tournament Director, threatened to remove us from the Tournament if we didn't. So not only was the place dirty and reek of mildew we also paid an extra $50 per night (kickbacks to Tournament Director) Multiple families had to switch rooms because of how bad the rooms smelled. We had to switch twice.
