Used to overcharge for the bin collection.when called the office they
Never gave a satisfying answer.
Finally when I asked to remove their bin the woman who answered the call,very rude and unprofessional.
Will not recommend this company to anyone.zero .
They dont even deserve one star but whatever no other option. They first collect the wrong bin and then say to the customer you are a liar and then after i said i have cctv proof then they have accepted the mistake. Afterwards they threated me by taking their bins away and i said whatever you can take it.
