I am here to WARN you AGAINST using EAST CASCADE SECURITY. In my opinion, this company did me really dirty. Here is my sorry story:

I was with East Cascade Security for years, and now that I've sold my house, they are charging me nearly a thousand dollars to end my service with them. In July of 2016 I signed up for a maintenance plan when a service technician came to my home to change some device batteries. He handed me a clipboard, and I signed where indicated. He said not one word about it being a three-year, binding contract. Fast forward to the sale of my home in November 2017, and I was charged for the months remaining on that three year contract with East Cascade Security, a subsidiary of Vyanet. Never mind that my husband and I were good customers for sixteen years, plus. The sum is not a small hit for most people's pocketbooks.

Find a better company. RUN, don't walk to do business elsewhere. If the company will do this to me, it will do it to you.
