I called Earthworm found Earthworm about a month ago and I completed the registration form describing what electronics I had to recycle and requested pricing. I received an email back from Earthworm stating the price for each type of electronic equipment that I had and when I was ready just call them to ensure someone would be in the warehouse to receive them. Well, I called today and I told him I had contacted them before and I was bringing down the equipment and to reconfirm the price. The price this guy quoted me started at DOUBLE the price I got quoted in the email! When I told him that wasn't the price I was quoted he stated this is the price take it or leave it. I'll give my money to the city no telling what this company is really about. Honesty is not one of them. WOW!

Earthworm personnel are wonderful. The entire experience has been amazingly easy. They respond almost immediately. So glad we use them. Highly recommend. Never had an issue with them. Reasonable rates.

My company, The James W. Flett Co., Inc., has been using Earthworm for our recycling, since 2003 (ish). They are wonderful people providing a great service for a reasonable price...what more can I say? Always pleasant to deal with and are very reachable and are right on time when they visit! I could not recommend them more highly.

I've had nothing but incredibly warm and positive interactions with the awesome staff at Earthworm - they're flexible with our scheduling needs, always on time, and greet you with a smile. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and you can recycle most anything with them, including hard drives for destruction!

Have been working with Earthworm for upwards of 2 years now with pickups in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood. They have always been great with timing and consistency - great at communication to reschedule in advance to prepare around big occurances like the marathon / sports parades or short notice ones like snowstorms. I've met a decent number of the team now and they are all super - We see each other only so breifly each week and they still have such a personal touch. I highly regard and recommend this company

We use Earthworm Recycling for our business downtown. They are an AMAZING nonprofit company with a great mission. They are prompt, communicative (especially on snow days which, let's be honest, you really need if you're working in Boston) , and flexible. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a recycling service in the Boston area. Also, not to call out the other negative Google review, but in our experience, Earthworm is great with quotes. We've used them for years and have not had a single experience with them being "dishonest". If you email them for a quote, they will actually send you a detailed itinerary of their services, and will be happy to clarify via email or phone. We've never had an issue or price discrepancy when requesting special services (like electronics recycling) from them. All-around great company. Thank you!
