Earth Resources Corporation Review

I watched the Williamson Valley Phase II just north of Pioneer Parkway from start to finish. I have never seen such a waste of time and material. The end result the poorest paving job on blue top grade I have ever seen. While the technology to accomplish the job was there, it is highly apparent that no one used same. Management of this organization while having lots of education and degrees has no practical 'trench' time. The culpability in this failure lies with management, not training people to use the equipment.
This project truly deserves 0 stars.

Drivers going way too fast in residential community. Disrespectful to citizens and they are ignoring local speed limits. Dangerous employees driving heavy-duty trucks past park and pedestrian walkways. Please review safety and local speed limit laws with your drivers.

Earth Resources Corp, was hired by Prescott Valley, being the lowest bidder, to resurface our streets. In doing so, they broke the corner of my driveway. I called the company and spoke with Hanna. She was very nice, but as I found out doesn't have much pull within the company. Hanna said I would get a call from Don the supervisor. Waited 5 days NO PHONE CALL. Spoke with Hanna again and she said I would get a call from Dan, Don's supervisor. NO PHONE CALL. Spoke with Hanna again after a couple of weeks waiting and she said she would have Wilson, the owner, give me a call NO PHONE CALL.

They broke my driveway and I guess they figure if they just ignore me I will go away. There isn't much I can do and will have to make the necessary repairs myself, but it sure doesn't say much about the integrity of the company.

For anyone out there that is looking to hire a company doing this type of work don't hire this company. If something goes wrong, you will never hear from them again

I had called inquiring about a job and spoke to Jen. I had wanted to know about how big the office was and if they needed an office manager. Jen was unwilling to answer my questions and directed me to their website to fill out an application. I asked her if it was worthwhile, that she had no response to. I said I guess it isn't worthwhile. I also mentioned the poor reviews they had on google, she had no response to that either. She was NOT informative or helpful. Did not seem like she was a fan of where she worked.

I do know office managers that could turn those reviews into good ones. It's a shame they have someone like that working the office, especially if they are deflecting new hires that could do a lot for the company.

Some of the worst customer service I ve ever experienced. Sad. The receptionist has a bad attitude and laughed at me on the phone when I presented a concern. But Christa when I spoke to her was mildly helpful.

Was not impressed with their safety and consideration of the neighborhood at first. But, I gave them a call and Jen, the receptionist, responded kindly and listened to my concerns. She then directed their safety director to give me a call, Jerry. Jerry took care of all of my concerns within the hour and also listened well and was very respectful. I am anticipating more of this good behavior as they continue the Viewpoint connection near us.
