I had called inquiring about a job and spoke to Jen. I had wanted to know about how big the office was and if they needed an office manager. Jen was unwilling to answer my questions and directed me to their website to fill out an application. I asked her if it was worthwhile, that she had no response to. I said I guess it isn't worthwhile. I also mentioned the poor reviews they had on google, she had no response to that either. She was NOT informative or helpful. Did not seem like she was a fan of where she worked.

I do know office managers that could turn those reviews into good ones. It's a shame they have someone like that working the office, especially if they are deflecting new hires that could do a lot for the company.
