Eagleville Hospital is a joke. They don't return calls. You can't seem to get a hold of anyone outside of admissions. And the only thing Admissions seems to want to do is transfer you to a machine. DO NOT SEND ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT THERE FOR ANY KIND OF HELP WHATSOEVER. If I could give negative stars that's exactly what I would do

After two months in the facility, I can say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Recovery is truly dependent on the individual. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Eagleville is well equipped to deal with every level of patient care (mental, physical and emotional.) What people fail to realize is that this is rehab, it is not meant to be a glorious hotel stay. The facility provided everything a patient would need and more as far as "lodging" and meals. The unit I was on provided ample group and individual counseling as well as meetings both unit run and outside speaker meetings. I would recommend Eagleville to anyone who is looking to seek recovery and change their lives. Remember, nothing changes if nothing changes. I'm forever grateful to the staff, and community at Eagleville for making my time there the most beneficial to my own self changes and future recovery.

I got sober in Eagleville. I left because it was very difficult being a client. Eagleville appears to only care about their bottom line. I would not recommend anyone that I care about to go there. While in detox I expressed the need to go to another place for rehab and was told that if I don't want rehab there, I was on my own.

The complaints here make me laugh. It begins with the patient that must want help. You can find drugs at any rehab if you look. If you don't go to group? or get out of bed for yourself, it is not the rehab fault. The client is actually not abiding by the contract they signed. 5 star food. 5 star interaction with clients and exercise almost 3 hours a day if you want it. I gained 5 lbs a day for 15 days with 3 hours of volleyball a day, had art added to my treatment plan so I could sketch during group allowing me to focus on the speaker and not the woman or joking around. You reap what you sow. Outside meetings often if you want it. Loved it and even got an extension.

This is by far the worst place I have been. They do nothing all day literally. Maybe 1 group then sit in your room or sit in a small day room and color these people colored all day!!! No joke so unless your cool with doing nothing all day all night in a hospital type setting I would not recommend at all. RUN

Their admissions is extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't even answer the phone most of the time, and the two times I managed to get through, the woman was very rude. You are better off calling anywhere else. Based off the experience just with admissions, I can only imagine how the staff in the actual facility treats the individuals . I noticed other reviews stating this same thing and I would highly suggest evaluating whether or not your facility wants the "face/voice" of someone with compassion and just the smallest amount of customer service skills on the other line. People are dying. People want help. They don't deserve to be treated any less than with respect and empathy.

Eagleville changed my life. Of course, every recovery is different and dependent on the individual, but everything about the rehab is great. The campus is beautiful, the food is great, and the staff are all there to make a difference in peoples lives. After three years clean, I am a testament to the process. Thank you!! 10/10 recommendation.

I see a couple people here complaining about the detox, which I didn t do myself but from what I heard it s pretty standard detox for any rehab. If something goes wrong with the medications/timing/etc. it s typically on the end of the patient not being honest about something. Don t walk in the doors thinking they re just gonna drug you up and give you the spa treatment. Also, don t think because it s your first time you re gonna get special treatment and not put with the rebar heroine addicts . It s a rehab, and you re an addict too.

Anyway, my 3 star review is for the rehab stay, which I was there for long term for. Most of the staff was great and honestly if it weren t for them working in my favor this review might be lower. I was sent to the Arnstein unit my first day, which is basically a run down trailer annexed from the main campus to hide all the people coming from jail or problem patients. The overall attitude in the community was that of a work release dorm and prison lingo was frequent. This kinda added a big damper to the stay. There was only one staff member I had issues with, and the rest at least tried to make my experience comfortable and many felt sympathy for us being stuck in Arnstein. The social worker worked wonders for me and did things behind the curtain in my favor that I was unaware of. She went out of her way to shorten my stay when I said I was ready to leave and made sure everything with aftercare was ready to go. The nursing staff was great as well in my opinion, even though some others didn t seem to agree. Everything was timely, assuming the higher-ups staffed it properly.

Which is another thing I want to bring up. The staff is commonly left short handed with only one nurse and one tech, many times only one or the other and left with 30 male addicts. They can only do so much sometimes. With the pandemic we were mostly confined to the Arnstein building and when we tried to go to groups up at the main campus they d cancel because nobody could drive us to it. That combined with the lack of groups on the unit lead to pretty uneventful days and lots of tensions built up.

Still, I ll give it a 3 because as I said the staff was awesome and the food was actually decent for a rehab. I figure it probably is pretty normal when not during a pandemic but even so, people need the help so they shouldn t be left short.
