Do not park here for Fox Theater events. I and 12 other people came back after the Thom Yorke concert and while we had all paid for "event" parking, we found boots on our cars. We had to wait an hour for a technician to come and we each had to pay $75 to have the boot removed. Basically extortion. We'll update this if Eagle Parking makes this right when I call them tomorrow.

They parked my car at The Painted Duck and the valet Seirra stole my AirPods of my keys THEN when I came back she claimed she doesn t remember parking or bringing my car back! Filed a claim with her supervisor Bobby and have since been in the run around with the supposed claim person Patrick Graffius! He asked me to email him a copy of my receipt for my AirPods which I did immediately and he has yet to reach back out to me almost 3 weeks later!! THIS IS THE WORST VALET COMPANY EVER! None of their extensions get you to speak with anybody and their voice mailbox is full . Well Mr. Graffius and Eagle Parking can expect contact from my lawyer!

Hello, I would like to tell you I had an amazing experience with Pedro at the Buckhead Whole Foods. My battery died and I was stranded with my kids and no one to help us as we were just traveling through town. Pedro was kind enough to jump my car and Insisted that I turn it off and start it again to make sure we didn t get stranded again. Thank you so much

This company manages parking decks in Buckhead. Their parking payment machines give you hourly options that purposely prey on you ability to return on time to get your car. 5 minutes late= $75 fee to remove the boot from your car. When you call the number to remove you boot, you can hear his phone ringing 40 feet away. So pathetic, Do not park in their lots anywhere!!!

It is no wonder that this parking contractor has a 2 rating. A good friend used the valet service at Atlanta Fish Market, and accidentally left their phone in the car. When they returned, it was gone. The complaint (to Eagle Parking, the parking contractor for the Atlanta Fish Market, and the restaurant] is falling on deaf ears. WARNiNG...do not leave any valuables in your car when Eagle Parking valets are Parking your car....especially at the Atlanta Fish Market.....they can not be trusted. SAD!

On May 27th my wife and I dined at Del Frisco. Upon arriving I informed the Valet not to lock my door because the lock mechanism wasn t functioning correctly. After dinner a different valet driver went to get my car and to my surprise he returns informing us that he wasn't able to unlock my car door. Well to make a long story short I had to pay for a locksmith to unlock my car and this company refuses to reimburse me for their negligence. The management is terrible I would highly recommend not using this company to valet your vehicle. I will share my experience and the other reviews from Google with my other social media accounts both personal and business. I will also be filing a formal complaint to BBB. I would recommend other to do the same

EASILY one of the WORST companies, and worst valet...

EASILY one of the WORST companies, and worst valet services I have ever seen or experienced in my life. The valet team working on at a Buckhead restaurant very obviously stole TWO backpacks with multiple electronics out of my TRUNK. Eagle parking and their extremely unprofessional team got back to us over ten days after the incident and backed their employee and took absolutely no responsibility in the matter. It's a shame and a surprise they are still allowed to do business in Atlanta.

Editted for resolution: called the next day. They took care of me and made things right. Resolution was satisfactory.

Parked at Kyma tonight 9-25-18, the guy didn't give me a ticket, couldn't figure out that parking the car waiting and then driving a different car back was better than being stressed about there being both a line of people and a line of cars.

Then when it was time to leave, he was gone. My keys weren't with the staff, whom he had told he had given them to me. While they were calling to figure out where my keys were I discovered the security light on my car wasn't lit, indicating it wasn't locked. Tried the door to find my keys in my floorboard and a completely unlocked car.

Highly unacceptable behavior!!!

This company s valet driver damaged my smart key at Rumi s Kitchen. They never responded to me via email or returned my call after reaching out many times. I didn t even have a choice at Rumi s as they make you valet. If your employee damages a customer s property, they should pay for it. Totally wrong and would not recommend the company.
