I ordered some vinyl lettering for a project on a Tuesday. I was told they would be ready by that Thursday and I would be notified by phone. Thursday came and went. I called the following Tuesday to see what was happening. They hadn't even been started. Obviously I'm taking my business elsewhere. It's a shame because I try and support local business wherever possible.

I can assure you I was not rude. I asked if my order was ready based on what I was originally told. Basic customer service would be calling a customer if you knew that quoted time frame could not be met. That would have been no issue and I would have waited. Not calling and making me chase you is poor service. I hope you change your customer service practices so this doesn't affect other potential customers. Btw I found a very helpful local sign business who can cater to my needs now and in the future.
