The food was great but service was very slow and we had to constantly flag down staff. Eventually after 20min, we also went to the bar to follow up on the drinks order

A bit of a shame as I was really looking forward to it

Great setting for a brewery with amazing views and an open seating area. Staff were all friendly and added to a good atmosphere. Food was tasty and hearty and the eagle bay wines were reasonable and of good quality.

To the waiter who opened with a lamenting and annoyed line "oh god, i have to explain this to everyone" pull your head in... it wasn't a great start. Loved your beers though, bravo to the brewing team! But the service could do with spit polish.

Food was great, very short wait (about 15/20min) and served fresh. Scenic location & property. Not the largest selection of food - however still quite a few options & quality of food is absolutely worth it.

Fantastic service, food and beer. Great outdoor fenced off grass area for the kids. Possibly the best place we have been to south of Perth. Well done Eagle Bay, we will defiantly be coming back. :)

Great, friendly and very efficient staff. We ordered 2 platters to share and thank goodness as 1 platter was just enough for one person not two..tasty though..so many flies it made it unpleasant to eat and so many screaming children which made the noise level crazy.

Called into the brewery around 1:30PM today with another family (8 people-4adults/4kids) to have a casual beer/beverage after spending the morning at Eagle Bay beach, however was told it was table service only and that a table would be a minimum of 20-30 minutes.
There s no walk up bar to buy a beer and sit on the grass (of which there s acres of) and let the kids have a roam around. It s setup like a high end restaurant with table service and obviously catering to a different market.
No skin off my nose, we ll continue to call into the numerous other breweries like the Beer Farm, Colonial etc. or non pretentious bars like the Fire Station in Busselton to enjoy a beverage.
If you ve got kids and are looking for a casual place to have a beer and something to eat then the Eagle Bay Brewery isn t what you re looking for.

Ordered beers and never came - not the best for a Brewery. Kids food came about thirty minutes after the adults. Service consistently slow and unresponsive. Disappointing overall and won't go back.

Such a great restaurant. Super family friendly, amazing views. A great setting for a nice lunch with local beer on tap, a great wine list, and yummy pizzas. They have toys for the kids, and small touches like sunscreen for the patrons. Only downside was the service was a bit slow.

Overpriced bland tasteless food. Ordered the wings greatly disappointed as cold and tasteless as if pre cooked and just tried to be reheated. Prawn pizza was like a thin pita bread with a smear of tasteless sauce and some frozen packet shrimps on top definitely not worth $26. Friendly staff and great view was the only nice thing.

They have a good system to get tou a tables when it is busy - the bar table with nibbles - works well. Pizza s selection is good so is the rest of the menu (only had pizza) the beer is great (Prices are high for the beer) and the view to die for - worth a stop and a meal - wines are not to bad - reds better than the whites.

I came in yesterday with my parents and received terrible service from the blonde waitress... really dissapointing experience as it was my Dads birthday. Its a real shame as we often come to Dunsborough and had saved this venue for a special occasion.

My parents returned today to refill their keg and buy 2 more. They were overcharged by the same lady and had to debate the amount. Once she realised she offered a refund with no apology they left feeling really disrespected and embarrassed.

Drinking delicious beer, eating delicious food while gazing out over paddocks that roll out to the ocean. Pretty hard to beat. We enjoyed our lunch there so much, we went back on our way home. Also, if anyone from Eagle Bay brewing reads this- please, please, please consider making the low vis Hazy IPA a regular release. Superb!

One of my favourite things in the world is a damn good burger - which Eagle Bay Brewery delivers in spades. On top of this, as you'd expect for the region, every single beer they produce is delicious!

Good food and good beer. Not great. Very modern and somewhat pretentious building (all those big wine estates must be rubbing off). You can get better beer and better food at many of the smaller breweries in the Margaret River area.

Loveless and outdated! Such a beautiful garden, but you should sit in it! It's a shame. The playground is in the eyes of the visitors and the children cannot be observed. The toy is all broken, no comparison to the Wild Hop Brewery!

One of Australia's great brewery's. Food is reasonably priced for what's on offer. We got the Vegan Share Platter and Pumpkin Salad. Both were generously portioned and delicious. This was accompanied with the beer tasting paddle and an SSB. Service was prompt and it was never difficult to get the attention of the wait staff. Overall an enjoyable lunch on a quiet Thursday afternoon.

Beef burger was juicy and delicious, chips were tasteless and margarita pizza was extreme dry, crunchy and had no flavour, coated in flour. The location and scenery is beautiful though just don't go on a day with lots of flies.

Ordered a Thai salad of the new menu and was shocked when it arrived as a poached chicken breast in a cold coconut soup with not even a handful of green pawpaw as garnish not at all what I would call a salad

We came on the long weekend which we have taken into account but we waited over an hour for a table and multiple parties were given tables before us. They put us in a lovely area to wait by the fire but then forgot about us. The food came out pretty quickly but they mixed up our order and the pizzas were pretty average. Jerk chicken was dry and the "pork belly" was literally sliced ham." Beers were good and the staff was nice. But probably wouldn't bother coming back.

One of the first in on a Saturday, staff were lovely and very attentive. We ordered the fish and chips and a margharita pizza all of which arrived at our table 15 minutes after our order was taken. Ths fish was delightful and was accompanird by a refreshing tartare sauce. The pizza was great! Not too heavy as the base was thin but it was not overly crispy. The venue is beautiful but has a fair few flys buzzing around, so I would reccomend some bug spray. Be warned! There is no parmi at this pub. Overall a relaxing and delicious stop!

A beautiful lunch spot with stunning views. Very friendly staff, great drinks and enormous food portions. Sadly they don t offer brewery tours.

I was disappointed to discover that my chicken Caesar salad was stone cold - complete with cold soft-boiled egg as well. I m sure the chicken would have once been warm, juicy and tender but it was colder than the salad on the plate, as if straight from the fridge and so was dry and chewy. Starters/nibbles are very good and burger and fish and chips clear crowd pleasers.

Excellent place for lunch, family friendly with lots of space for children to run around outside on the grass (but not dog friendly). Bring sunglasses as it gets extremely bright in the conservatory bit!

Great location, good beer. Terrible service, disorganised staff. Spent an hour and a half waiting for food, asked waitress to check after an hour, no follow up. Do yourself a favour, drink the beer and eat your lunch somewhere else.

After being seated, we spent 40 minutes trying to make eye contact with a server. We then walked out. The place appeared to be at about 70% capacity at the time and none of the servers seemed rushed. Altogether not impressed.

The view was lovely at least.

Excellent service and the food was amazing seated straight away.. everything was better than expected. Their beer selection was great with the amber ale standing out as a suprising winner. Its maltiness really cut through the acidity of the seafood i paired that had a briny and intense flavour profile... as i worked down the tasing plate the beers increased in intesity as you would expect but unlike alot of brewers there was nothing i wouldnt drink.. Being not a fan of lagers the kolsch and the lager was suprisingly full of flavour citrusy fruity and refreshing leading this whole experience to give you guys a 5 star rating!

Booked a lunch for 1130 for the family. Greeted at the door by the friendly staff and shown to our reservation. Table situated outside but enclosed so nice and cosy, also great very of the country side. we had a party of 8 so we ordered a selection of sharing plates, one brisket pizza and some fish tacos. The food was delicious and wait time very little. Beverages were also very tasty with a wide range of beers on tap and great selection of wines. The staff were very efficient and great outdoor area for the kids to run around. Don't forget to checkout the veggie garden on your travels. Great selection of wine and beer to purchase on your way out the door. Thank you for a great lunch.

Excellent location, large serves of nice food and great beers. EBB also have great staff. We wanted to move to a quieter outdoor table during a busy Sunday lunch and the host (Drew?) took care of it very efficiently and politely. Because of this, we stayed for another 2 hours and enjoyed more of EBB's food and drinks.

I've been there several times over the years and have always been very unimpressed with with the experience. Nice location and building, but that's where the good news ends.
The foods well below average when comparing to similar set ups, but well above average on price.
The staff are dead slow and act like you're a nusiance for turning up.
The last time I was there we couldn't help but notice a very strong odour throughout the seating area.
It was like a combination of foot odour and an old mop. It seemed to be coming from the direction of the herb garden at the rear of the building.
Whatever it was, I just wanted to hurry up and finish my drink and go somewhere else.
Obviously they've lost me as a customer. There's too many awesome brewery's out there to be bothered putting up with bad ones.
