It all starts off very well if you go in person. If you call because you have a question be prepared for telephone hell. Then assuming you get to speak to a live person you will need to provide so much information that if is actually faster to just drive over to the office.

You guys are terrible for day traders, I just bought some SNDL at $1.92 and set up my sell limit at $2.30, it went all the way up to $2.30 but it did not execute. I am out of here and I will tell about this to all of my friends to make sure they don't use your app
I opened my Ross IRA 4 weeks ago, but they restricted my account for trading and transfering out. I have called multiple times with holding for more than 1 hour, finally reaching persons and states it will be resolved soon, and it is never resolved. What a strange thing is one person from this office one day called me after I just opend the account online and asked me" do you have any questions". After that, my account is placed the restriction. I don't know what is going on with etrade company now.
horrible customer service from this branch, not only their associate John Lee (no longer there), but also the branch manager Roderick Webb; do NOT take their promise about getting back to you with solutions in a few days; I finally filed an complaint with BBB with regard to this branch
A total disaster and disgusting staff and manager. I just took my business elsewhere.
