It all starts off very well if you go in person. If you call because you have a question be prepared for telephone hell. Then assuming you get to speak to a live person you will need to provide so much information that if is actually faster to just drive over to the office.

You guys are terrible for day traders, I just bought some SNDL at $1.92 and set up my sell limit at $2.30, it went all the way up to $2.30 but it did not execute. I am out of here and I will tell about this to all of my friends to make sure they don't use your app
I opened my Ross IRA 4 weeks ago, but they restricted my account for trading and transfering out. I have called multiple times with holding for more than 1 hour, finally reaching persons and states it will be resolved soon, and it is never resolved. What a strange thing is one person from this office one day called me after I just opend the account online and asked me" do you have any questions". After that, my account is placed the restriction.
I don't know what is going on with etrade company now.
