I've been travelling with Dynasty for years. Most of the trips were fantastic. The service staff at the office can improve by learning to speak to their non- Chinese speaking customers in English.
Ms Cathy Lin is an very excellent tour leader. Very caring and helpful. Knowledgeable and pleasant. Has a great sense of humor and a great asset for Dynasty Travel !

Not professional. Wanted to cancel or reschedule travel plans due to COVID-19 but Jacky Pung and team wanted to charge us cancellation fees but other firms are offering refunds/rescheduling without charges.
