While my experience is as a civilian and not a contractor, My Aunt is actually an officer for Dynamic at ULA's facility in Decatur. During the hiring period for her, I took the test for her security job as well as the test on ULA's company site and FEMA. These test included the test on corrosive, Explosive, Flammable and toxicity of materials, which makes me more qualified for the job than she is. Secondly, my intentions are not to get her nor the company into trouble but rather to be honest and explain that what happens on ULA property doesn't stay on the site. Furthermore, it was brought to my attention that a lot of drama and bullcrap about the job and co-workers has been brought to my attention. As a civilian, I should not know anything about ULA or the processes that go on there, let alone where the rocket engines come from. It has lead me to question ULA protocol for espionage.

I'm really sick of the annoying telemarketing calls. I have opted out from receiving any further calls, 5 different times. REMOVE ME FROM YOUR CALLING LIST, I'm not joking. We are very annoyed at the persistent calls that have gone on for well over 7 months now. I have requested for my number to be removed for the last time. I'm giving your company 1 week to comply or I will be forced to take action. When I want a security system, I'll shop for one, end of story.

I have had the pleasure of working at Dynamic Security for over 9 years now. I will say you are not just an employee, but you become part of the family. I have had the opportunity to climb the ladder from an entry level employee to Vice president of operations. If you are looking for a great company to work with and want to become part of the team then this is the company for you!

I have been with the company for 8 years now. At the beginning I began to agree with all I had heard about the management and got discouraged about the way we were treated at times. It seemed like they didn t care and the stories I could tell would make you shake your head, but with a recent change of management and with a honest heart I can say that it has changed. A lot! The guards are taken care of and they fight for us when people try to wrong us. Some of the guards I work with had holes in their uniforms for years with many excuses on why we couldn t have new ones, but with the new management they have put new uniforms on us, given us better jackets and coats, care about when we are sick, and put a lot into taking care of us. It is a lot different atmosphere than it was a year ago. You can see the difference.

If you are interested in taking a job as a security office, I highly recommend it, even if it is just part time. It is a physical job that requires you to have a good head on your shoulders and be able to walk throughout the days/nights. Sometimes even enduring the harsh winter colds and the summer heats. Many people look at security guards as jokes, but you are making a difference, even when you don t see it at times. You are a part of a team and the guards you work with begin to feel like family. You are protecting people and protecting their livelihood. You take care of each other. In 8 years it has had it s ups and downs, but when I get to lay my head down to sleep I actually feel like I have accomplished something. Consider a career with Dynamic. I know other people could tell you stories about the company, as well as I, but this last year a lot of the bad is gone. The people who didn t care are gone. I hope this helps with your decision. Dynamic Security is a great place to work. It is comparable to some of the bigger Security Companies like Pinkerton. The Field Supervisor cares about the guards. Since joining thier ranks I had no issues.

I worked for this company for around a year before transferring to a different company. ALL this company cares about is putting a body in a location. You could get better management from scraping the crud out of the bottom of a barrel. If they are still in business I am amazed.

The worst place I have ever worked for. Anyone involved in the Pensacola branch is a joke. Dennis Johnson the regional manager blocked my number after his staff has not paid me for 3 weeks for 106 hours of work.

I was hired for a site in Ocala,Florida. I told them what shifts I was available for which was 2nd and/or 3rd. I was instructed to train on first shift. When I got to the site I was told I was only training for 4 hours. When I asked if I should come back the following day to train I was told if I wanted to , as they only had first shift open, which upon hiring , I requested 2nd or 3rd shift. I was told they wouldn't have any openings for me for 2 weeks. Needless to say I told them I wasn't interested. What a joke management is with this company. This company has 0 communication with their staff. You get 0 stars from me. I've been in the security field for 20 years. This seems to be the biggest issue with all security companies, but this was the worst.

DO NOT WORK HERE!! Me and my fiance both worked here. We worked the convention center 14 hours and we got NO breaks and when we finally got a lunch 7 hours later we were told to "hurry up and get back!" We were told they would work us to death and they worked us 2 days in a whole month! Everything they told us was a lie! The supervisors cussed and talked to us like dogs! We're having to wait 28 days in between checks! They won't answer your phone calls or messages and if you get lucky and talk to them they are pissy and hateful to you! Pam, Scott and Brad are big liars! My fiance had a female police officer from convention center offer to bring her a shirt that fit her cause they gave her a shirt 3 times bigger than she wore and wouldn't get her one. Kept saying they forgot to get it! Had to buy pants that fit cause they fell off her also!! THEY WON'T BE IN BUISNESS LONG WITH THESE 3 CLOWNS RUNNING IT!! (Knoxville,Tn)
