I would be more than happy to recomend this amazing company Dynamic Language to everyone who needs quick translation in any language. I was was nicely suprised how beautiful and cozy the building where they stay was and everything was organized very well. I felt that I' m in the right place where professinal and nice people serve. They did everything in short time frame and very safe. People looking for translation of documents, this is your destination. The cost is alright. You will never regret it! I never physically been to the Dynamic Language but I have had them translate a vehicle title from Japanese to English. The receptionist was very kind and courteous, she seemed genuinely interested in what I needed accomplished in order to get my vehicle registered. The price of the translation and turn around on the project were fair and reasonable. If you're military and brought back your dream car from overseas like I did, I highly recommend this company for your title translation.

The worst customer service! First of all I called on a weekend, and the person who answered took all of my information and case situation. I provided all that, they told me to arrange the appointment and call back during weekday hours to be matched with an interpreter. I did so and called back on Tuesday, then they gave me a completely different information from a Saturday and on top of it, they claimed there was no contract with an institution and dropped the phone call twice while asking me to hold. I called the third time, they transfered me to a voicemail. They need to train their employees on how to communicate and provide the appropriate information.

Huge mistake going to this place. When you first call them, they seem to be very quick and organize. But when it comes to the results, they're the worst you can find in this city. Numerous mistakes in their translations and even when you point them out, they're not able to fix them properly. I ended up taking my documents somewhere else and paid again!
