The worst customer service! First of all I called ...

The worst customer service! First of all I called on a weekend, and the person who answered took all of my information and case situation. I provided all that, they told me to arrange the appointment and call back during weekday hours to be matched with an interpreter. I did so and called back on Tuesday, then they gave me a completely different information from a Saturday and on top of it, they claimed there was no contract with an institution and dropped the phone call twice while asking me to hold. I called the third time, they transfered me to a voicemail. They need to train their employees on how to communicate and provide the appropriate information.
