Some times Working on a visa can be very difficult, they helped entire my visa process before on board to DF.DF was like a breath of fresh air. Working for them made me feel I could finally relax and focus on doing the job rather than worrying about my visa.
Even though I lived and worked a long way from head office, I was always invited to office events and They always send Birthday presents and the Christmas presents by post and was made very welcome as part of the team.

I had worked with Dynamic futures for almost 6 years. I can say that they have been absolutely brilliant to work with. Their professionalism and quick responses is 2nd to none. To be fair i can't really remember having many issues as their process and system is as smooth as you can get. veronica and sophie have been my go to people for any queries and issues and they have not failed to provide the perfect service. Very helpful to even get all documents done for ILR till naturalization after 5 years. I would recommend 100% dynamic futures to work with.

People are nice, professional and management puts a lot of effort into staying connected to its staff members not based in the main office with social events, care packages on birthdays and holidays, and frequent email updates. Having worked with Dynamic Futures for little over 5 years, I can confirm that it s been a wonderful experience being part of the consultancy. Right from day one, when I put in a request for a meeting through to managing consultants project paperwork and ensuring that I had no roadblocks before joining has been a delightful experience. To me, it goes more than just a consultant-firm relationship, their proactiveness in ensuring that I m having a good time and being very responsive to any queries I had is what makes them a good firm to be part of. The annual summer and Christmas parties and hampers just show that they care for their employees in a personal way. The head-office team, Veronica, Sophie and a couple of other who ve moved to different firms, have always made me feel valued as an employee. Even today, not being a part of DF, the friendships forged is something that keeps in touch with my former employer on a regular basis.
