Having worked with Dynamic Futures for little over 5 years, I can confirm that it s been a wonderful experience being part of the consultancy. Right from day one, when I put in a request for a meeting through to managing consultants project paperwork and ensuring that I had no roadblocks before joining has been a delightful experience. To me, it goes more than just a consultant-firm relationship, their proactiveness in ensuring that I m having a good time and being very responsive to any queries I had is what makes them a good firm to be part of. The annual summer and Christmas parties and hampers just show that they care for their employees in a personal way. The head-office team, Veronica, Sophie and a couple of other who ve moved to different firms, have always made me feel valued as an employee. Even today, not being a part of DF, the friendships forged is something that keeps in touch with my former employer on a regular basis.
Finally, if there s one out there looking to be part of a consulting firm that helps your grow and build good client relationships- then DF is a good place to begin with.
