DMC Global fired me for going to HR when I was being harrassed. If you have a problem, handle it yourself outside of work otherwise you'll be fired.

I went on a walk through as a visitor.
Its a great facility to work with a lot of opportunities.
Their number one priory besides production are SAFETY and their employees.
They offer great pay for a position that requires no experience.
The requirements are to have a GED\high school diploma and a great attitude to work.
They are currently working on making the company more comfortable for their employees.
They have an amazing lunch room and are still adding more features.

If you are looking for a place to call home besides your own THIS IS IT !

Worked here for almost 2 years. Amazing facility and employees. I went my seperate ways with dyna but have nothing bad to say about this place! Amazing quality and amazing facility!

Is a selfish company that after the pandemic covid-19 left many workers unemployed, Dyna lay-off a good number of employees ,
There are employees who where waiting to return and are denied the opportunity after give them lay-off I think it has no values and do not value the employees ,sadly they are hiring new staff and do not call the workers who themselves gave lay-off
If you work with dyna before you don t even call any agency the have strict instruction for not accept ex employees from dyna

Got hired on as a Temp worked 40 hour shifts every week showed up every day to work on time , all that or go down the drain in the middle of a work week a few hours before my shift , I get a call from my temp agency , they ask me hey we re just calling and asking as to why DynaEnergetics let you go ? I was baffled , I didn t have a answer because I didn t even know I got laid off , I just responded back , I ve done everything you could ask out of a employee . That was the end of my term at that job just like that . When I finally got word from upper management all that was said to me through TEXT was At this time DynaEnergetics no longer needing your services . Need less to say if you don t want to get done this way I suggest you save your self the time and apply at a different CNC company / shop

This company is wonderful. They try and accommodate people and are a good company to work for.
