Dyer Kia Review

I have purchased three Kia Souls over the years. My last visit was with Steve O. He was very friendly and helpful. He paid a lot of attention to what I wanted and worked hard to get me into the perfect vehicle that I wanted at a price I could afford. He took his time explaining how to work everything in my Soul and made sure I understood everything. He is very friendly and did not pressure me into buying the vehicle. I would gladly recommend going to Dyer Kia and asking for Steve O if you are looking for a new vehicle.

I had a very pleasant experience when I was at Dyer Kia last week! Tom Cruz was amazing to say the least! He was not pushy with trying to force me into buying a car. He definitely went the extra mile to explain everything to me where I understood it completely and always made sure to ask if I had any other questions! If I need to purchase another car for any reason I will definitely go back to Dyer Kia and work with Tom Cruz there!

Had a wonderful experience. They were straight up, no games. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and I would say this was the most enjoyable. The salesperson,Dan, was willing to work with me and went out of the way to make sure I left the dealership feeling great about my new purchase.

I recently bought a new vehicle from Dyer Kia and what a great experience. The salesman Caleb was helpful and very well informed even though the vehicle has only been on the market for a very short time. The whole buying process was smooth and there were no surprises. Everyone I dealt with from Caleb in sale, the manager to the finance person were all great to work with.

Javier was fantastic! I felt extremely comfortable and was not pressured. The fact they were able to deliver my car to my home and finish the paperwork was the ultimate wow for me. It was so great due to my busy schedule. Buy your next car with Dyer!

I was on the market to purchase a car for my daughter. I communicated with several dealers via email, text, and phone calls. Nick one of the sales persons reached out to me and provided me with pictures of the vehicle that we aers interested in. I told Nick what was our budget for the car the we were interested in (2020 Rio). Nick told me the price but we continue to compare with othwr dealers. Nick kept in contact with me for roughly 3 weeks as we did our "shopping around". He reached out to me and we agreed on a price so we had a meeting of minds. He asked me what time we would be stopping by so they can have the car ready for us. We arrived and Nick was busy with another customer (if you're good you're busy). He asked Javier one of his sales partners to assist us with the purchase of the car. Javier took us for a test drive then he took us to his office. He worked on the paperwork and had us execute within a timely manner. Nick and Javier were both professional, knowledgeable. If you are in the market for a KIA I would suggest reaching out to this dealer and speak with Nick.

Dyer's service was excellent. Shout out to Caleb and Cassie and Abbey who made it so. We got in and out, the fastest car dealership I have been to , without losing the respect and courtesy for the buyer. No pressure in the selling process. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

The staff at front desk as soon as you walked into service department acknowledge you right away. They were courteous and respectful. I had to have a ride home, Megan was very pleasant and willingly drove me home. They then in turn had to come and pick me back up when my car was ready. Sonya was very experienced in helping me understand what was wrong with my vehicle. I'm glad they are who I chose to service my car and it's needs. I'd recommend a Dyer Kia to family and friends.

Had a good experience with them, very attentive and didn't feel pressure to buy. We bought the lease car we had and it went smoothly. Mr.Dorta in financing was very helpful and has an awesome personality. Would definitely go there again.
