I was on the market to purchase a car for my daughter. I communicated with several dealers via email, text, and phone calls. Nick one of the sales persons reached out to me and provided me with pictures of the vehicle that we aers interested in. I told Nick what was our budget for the car the we were interested in (2020 Rio). Nick told me the price but we continue to compare with othwr dealers. Nick kept in contact with me for roughly 3 weeks as we did our "shopping around". He reached out to me and we agreed on a price so we had a meeting of minds. He asked me what time we would be stopping by so they can have the car ready for us. We arrived and Nick was busy with another customer (if you're good you're busy). He asked Javier one of his sales partners to assist us with the purchase of the car. Javier took us for a test drive then he took us to his office. He worked on the paperwork and had us execute within a timely manner. Nick and Javier were both professional, knowledgeable.
