My first and last experience with Dxracer was not pleasant as I was sold a used chair at full cost of a new one. I was very disappointing how they handled their situation with me. I had to pay to ship the lemon back to Dxracer and was charged a 10% restocking fee for a chair that came defective.
Was given bad information from the company on which chair would fit me. Spent $400, and another $1100 on chiropractor bills after the chair screwed my back up so bad because it was entirely way too big for me. Refused to exchange the chair without a bunch of fee's added on. Do not buy from this company.
Overpriced and overrated... My cheap Chinese chair has been great for over 3 years now and was 1/4 the price of a DX Racer.

The chairs are excellent quality. They are a piece of furniture that will last, not some place to park your bum that will last maybe a year. Yes they are an investment but so is a lazy boy recliner. If you spend a fair amount of time at a desk or computer, invest in a dxracer! I m a big guy and was going through a 60-100 dollar chair every 6 or so months, dxracer has a wide range of sizes and materials the chairs are made from all with recommended weight ratings. On top of that the customer support is fantastic, polite and get back to you right away. My experience was a reply in not even a days time. Extremely recommend any of their products, and hey if you are cheap like me, even when buying something On the more expensive side, they have excellent Black Friday sales ;D!!! ***PS My chair will be three years old in November and besides natural wear and tear, aka my cat scratching it a bit, it s in excellent quality and see it remaining so for the foreseeable future***
Pretty sure the location in Whitmore Lake is closed. No signs anywhere and calling the number listed just results in an answering machine where your call is never returned.
I love the chair I bought but I could feel the bracket under the cushion after a year. Contacted DX and was told since it's a year later it can't be manufacturer defect-I'm 135lbs and the $400 chair only made it a year. While I love it, I'll be buying another brand for that price. Any knockoff chair on the market can last a year without hurting my wallet that much.
Update: I didn't send pictures in because I knew it was a lost cause after the way I was spoken to. I said I could feel metal when I sit and the response was "can you send a picture". Of what? Looks like a God damn chair. Glad I've gotten something new.
The place is in an industrial/office strip. Pull in to the large lot with a cluster of buildings and look for the sign above the door. They have one or two of every model DXRacer chair in their showroom. I worked with Zach, who is a chair guru and their events guy. Follow his advice, try every chair. Your behind will know which one is the chair for you. Anyone local to the showroom should really try the chairs out before buying them online.
Very helpful staff, they answered all of the questions I had and more, also a relaxed environment. The chairs are fantastic and there's many kinds of chairs for all types of people. I just bought one and I'm super happy with it!

If your in Michigan you really should stop in and see DXracer's chairs for yourselves. When I stopped in they were very welcoming and extremely helpful in telling me everything I needed to know about each model. I felt like they made it their mission that I picked out the perfect chair for my body and needs. After I made my purchase the large box wouldn't fit into my Ford Focus sedan and they even took everything out of the box and packed it carefully into my vehicle for me. I truly feel they went above and beyond to make my shopping experience with them the best possible. I puchased the classic series OH/CS120/NC/FT and its simply the best office chair I ever owned. The products in person have a very premium look/feel that the website alone cannot convey. 100% recommend taking a look!
