Lovely ambiance... food was good.. apple crumble was frozen...but i was disappointed with staff and owners who did not seem to abide by the SOP in times like this. Many of them including the kitchen staff did not even wear masks! ..

Waiting for 1 hour, she said that my order paper is missing, then i have to order again. 15 minutes later they told me that the spaghetti was sold out. Ok, its enough for me. Would never come here again.

The service?

There was only my friend and I and another couple. Only two tables but the service was ?????
Utterly disappointing when I had to wait for almost 50 minutes for my food (spaghetti) due to some miscommunication (that shouldn't exist in the first place since I have made it clear).

The bread pudding was like a joke because rm 8 for it? I was shocked. Such a steep price for that kind of pudding.

I just wish that they will improve their service.

The food was okay.

If you have time to be wasted,why not. Feel free to come.

Chicken Roulade and Beef Brisket Wantan Noodle was delicious. Service was slow. Staff was not observing Covid-19 SOP i.e. was not wearing face masks.

Gave feedback to the owner that the apple crumble (recommended on the menu) was FROZEN. Owner replied that I should have informed them as I received the dish, not when I am about to pay (making it the customer's fault now). As for the slow service, excuse given was they had two fronts to manage and they just reopened and had new staff... and I was asked to push the staff for faster service... again, I was a bad customer for not knowing how to be a good customer

pls do extra aware about the customer service.food not too bad, but the customer service is out.especially the young lady stuff the rest was very nice. pls mind her language next time... the food was very late
