We have used this service for the past week and it has been terrible! I've been in and out of the hospital (I'm 34 years old) and my mother has Parkinson's (69 years old). The first incident that occurred was one of the nurses Krystal who was supposed to watching my baby, feel asleep on the floor of our basement and my 9 month old baby climbed the stairs by himself. My mother thank god found him! The other nurses have sat in front of the TV, doing homework or on their phones. Making us feel uncomfortable in our own home. They never asked my mom if she needed anything, water, food, feed the dog, dishes... NOTHING! They watched her go up and down the stairs getting laundry and dog food and I finally told them not to let her go down those stairs again. I am horrified by this service. I confronted the company and got no apologies for any of these incidents and they probably sent these nurses out to other people's home right after this instead of firing them. Maybe 2 people out of the 8 people they have sent here have been good. I will say that Shelly and Ernestine were lovely. I do not recommend this company for your loved ones or even for your own personal help recovering from surgery. You have been warned
