Great coffee to drink, exceptional coffee to buy, yummy stuffs to snack on, live music, wobbly tables, college kids and professors, other people who aren't those things. Great place to work or chat, so long as you're comfortable with the anonymity of a crowd.

I d give Dunn s five stars, but for one thing. They generate a huge amount of garbage, but I ve gotten a clear impression they don t sort or recycle any of it, despite claims to do otherwise. Convince me, and you d get 5 stars. Great, friendly barristas and best Americano in town.

I'm rating this a 4 for location and atmosphere but I ordered their mango green tea and it was horrible. My friend ordered the same thing and didn't even drink hers. I had to add like 2-4 stevia packets to make it tolerable. I drink tea regularly.

It is sad to see this famed coffeehouse lose its renown for having the best coffee in town. The roasters still roast to high standards, but the coffee coming out of the spigot is flavorless and bitter - it all tastes the same. The management should pay better attention to the quality of their product. My guess is that the large coffee urns are cleaned and maintained as they need be and regardless of the bean variety and roast the on-tap coffee does not have the robust flavor as it once had. The baked goods are also of sub-standard quality - dry and bready croissants, mushy muffins, and overly sweet pastries. The internet service at this Dunn Brothers is also lacking and needs attention. Some days the sitting area is strewn with newspapers, napkins, and tables are covered with used dishes and crumbs. The service counter where one finds cream and sugar and lids and such is usually filthy. This Dunn Bro s. does not live up to the standards that has made the name Dunn synonymous with high quality coffee.

I'd just about given up on young people's customer service and social skills until I visited Dunn Bros on Grand. Add that with consistently great drinks, and there you have it. The perfect coffee shop.

I like Dunn Bros. I've been to many different locations over the years. This one was a bit different ... in a good way. The location is quite historic and rustic. The roasting machine was accessible and interesting to watch as there was a batch of beans being roasted that afternoon. The staff was exceptionally friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They made the entire visit quite memorable for us. Overall this was more in the range of a 4.5 rating.

I've been a long time fan of Dunn Bros, but over the last couple years their has been so burnt as to be undrinkable. I got a "Free 1LB of coffee" gift from a neighbor, so I thought I'd give them a try again, and I'm sad to say that nothing has changed.

In short, it tastes like I'm drinking ash.

Um not too good. I wanted the spiced honey nirvana. I was informed they are not part of the chain. They tried to make it, but turned it into a cold drink. Its a hot drink. Kind of disappointed

Tasty drinks/snacks, nice staff, live music in the evening. Only drawback is the disturbing number of creepy old men who plop themselves down at the tables of coeds from the college across the street and then aggressively attempt to engage with them until either the poor girl flees or someone intervenes...

I walked in not knowing what was on their menu, asked if they had an ice teas that were fruit flavored, and the employees were very kind in suggesting drinks to try and informing me of which drinks fit my description. They also informed me that the tea would be unsweetened and showed me what I could use (and where) to sweeten my drink. Very kind people and would come again!

This Dunns is one of those institution cafes. People tend to build a relationship with it and get really attached. To the newcomer, it's a fun spot with just enough grittiness to make it more interesting than the average cafe. Good music there too.

This is the ORIGINAL Dunn Brothers, yet their own app cannot be used here. So, if you have any Dunn Brothers credit, don't plan on using it here; it's not even possible to do so.

Additionally, one of the workers was very abrupt. I've never experienced such rude customer service at any other Dunn Bros.

AMAZING HONEY NUT BARS! Nice strong coffee, although I prefer stronger. People were everywhere. Inside, out on patio and a random assortment of chairs in the parking lot out back also had folks enjoying their brew.

The best Dunn Bros out of all of the Dunn Bros. I typically go between 6:30 and 7:30am and am in love with the morning crew. Those individuals are kind, fun, and genuine people. As a result, I have become a 'frequent flyer'.

Best Dun Bros of them all. Apparently not one of the franchise locations. They staff is always friendly. The coffee is always fresh and tastes great. they have a unique and delicious baked goods selection and although it's not cheap, their coffee beans make some of the best French press or pour over cups I've ever had. If you can find a place to sit it is a nice place to get a little work done. Though you may want to bring headphones. It can be loud.

I've been going for about 3 years now. I've never been to a coffee shop that felt more like home. Everyone treats you really well. The staff is absolutely amazing. They're quick and always remember your order. They're super friendly as well. I love their drinks too! 10/10 would continue going there for however long I live in Mac Groveland.

This is the original Dunn Brothers, and remains independent. So it keeps its original flavors: food, drink, atmosphere...very good tea selections, unlike other Dunn Brothers' tea, It has good bakery, and it draws the most diverse and interesting clients. I spent my whole year writing there when I couldn't go to my office on the campus, and met many good people.

Words are not needed here. A combination of ingredients and elements came together to make an atmosphere that is a quintessentially a good cup of coffee. Happy campers can get their first cup at 6:30 A.M.
