An extraordinary building on the shore of Dunkirk (looking across the water at Hamlet s castle!) its an incredible hub of culture, with numerous theatres and spaces for meeting, but also spaces dedicated to the community - such as art spaces for teens who come and create and show their work there. Truly an amazing building.

On the ground floor there are free exhibitions and a permanent exhibition about Helsingborg. There is a cafe and restaurant. On the second floor paid temporary expositions. Various mugs for children and youth. Concerts and events.

The Dunkers is really worth a visit. The two photo exhibitions are impressive. Johansson's photos particularly impressed me here. Then sit comfortably in the bistro directly at the marina. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Many cultural activities. International expositions, specially photo expositions. Located in the center of town, near train station and ferry station connecting with Denmark and many buss lines passing almost by the entrance. Back side of the building with a lovely terrace used for concerts and dance events by the sport harbour. Kind attention at the entrance desk. Kids friendly.

The construction as such, I have no objections to, but the summer 2020 children's exhibition moose brothers and gray wolves is nothing but an insult. You get exactly the same experience if you flip through the books on which the exhibition is based without even reading. In addition, there is an incredibly meager "interactive" guide for the children. All this would not have been so remarkable if it were not for how extremely lavish the exhibition is. Large sums have been spent on animatronic figures and other parts of the exhibition. Very well done, very lavish but still incredibly thin, boring and unengaging. Investing such resources for such a poor result should lead to someone not being allowed to work in the industry anymore.

Sickly high potential considering the building and the location. However, Helsingborg's architectural pride is often left a little disappointed. Usually an internationally successful exhibition is presented (which is More

Helsingborg's cultural center, for me still fairly unexplored. Exhibitions that are constantly changed, where you can easily enter with the Culture Card.

But the house houses cultural activities in all its forms and also meeting rooms. Something I hope to explore in the future.
