Poor quality. Wasting money causing rose in costs to tenants. Perfectly, decent considerate complaint sent and response was utterly offensive by the CEO. The excess use of improper financial value is baring on illegal. Fortunately, unlike DC and CEO, I have a nice day and do something honest occasionally.
Dunedin canmore are super landlords, I couldn't ask for better. Support is fantastic.
I have been with them for about 6months. Very professional, polite and considerate. Whenever I have reported an issue it has been taken care of in a week max. Keep up the good work people!
Appalling customer service with some employees displaying highly unprofessional attitudes. Lack the necessary skills and professionalism. When making complaints it seems to me they're not taken seriously or dealt with appropriately.
Thieves! Stay away! Our building took on DCPM as factors hoping that we could resolve a few problems on our stair. Since we have taken them on we have had nothing but problems whilst paying them for it! First it was a simple job of refitting a door - totally botched! The contracts that came hung the door UPSIDE DOWN! Now we are facing a huge problem - the roof! The estimates they got were only from their "friends" and they want to charge an extra 12% fee on top of the work PLUS another contractor to oversee. Lots of charges and shoddy work. Extremely unprofessional. Got a letter in the post about a meeting only to arrive to the meeting across town to see a note on the door that it had been cancelled. No email, no letter. Everyone trekking out to see the note. When the salesman came to sell us this service they promised they would be taking care of everything including chasing people for payment of big jobs - this hasnt been done. All promises, nothing delivered. STAY AWAY!!
Excellent service and support from staff in all departments
I was offered a property and after a few weeks i phoned dunedin canmore to find out what was happening with the property as i had heard nothing. I spoke to a lovely man called Phil who explained everything and got me in for a meeting within a week. We had the meeting and he showed me a nice video of the newly build property which comes with a washer/ dryer combo and i am delighted with the service and his attention to detail. He explained everything very clearly and was very enthusiastic about the development. He was attantive to my individual needs and after a potential stumbling block he called to say its all sorted 20 minutes after the meeting had finished. Just waiting on a move in date. I am looking forward to dunedin canmore being my landlord.

Great houses rents more expensive now very poor service like stair cleaning and garden area for which they charge on top off your rent since joining up with Wheatley group service went down hill and rents went up
Very disappointing service. I deal with factors a lot and DC are by far the worst. I dealt with someone called Ashley who didn't seem to care about the issue i was phoning about, seemed like she couldn't be bothered and didn't e-mail me back when she said she would. I had to phone back up and then received a completely unhelpful e-mail from her. Hopefully i don't have to deal with them again
I was told by Dunedin canmore to cut the large plants growing on the side of my house, so I did that. Then I get a complaint for littering this bush is meters and meters tall and wide and it s Dunedin canmore that s meant to cut the plants it s there job. They say I have to take the big bush to portobello disposal . I was laughing cause I own a Honda civic, I don t have a big van. I told them them I m sorry, next time I will put it in my pocket and take it to the disposal. JUST DO YOUR JOB. Absolutely laziness

Been with DC for 2 and a half years now.
The past year and a half has been amazing. Moved into my flat July 2018 within 2 months they fitted a new kitchen, now they have just fitted a new bathroom and are in the process of fitting new door and windows. Over the moon with this service and affordable rent.
Bad at dealing with anti social neighbours. Been a tenant for 28 years. Forced to move house as complaining didn't resolve issue. Moved to another Canmore house. A few years later the same issue has happened again. Now looking for another house again. And it will definitely NOT be with Canmore. They house far too many junkies.
The Service provided is pretty appalling. I reported what may well be a dangerous coping stone which is directly over the public pavement 2 years ago, along side some more basic issues - blocked gutters which overflow down the building every time it rains.
Despite calling and having the problem registered various times, sending in emails and photos they have done absolutely nothing.
Their approach appears to ignore any problems reported presumably to make the company more profitable.
Cant even say avoid this company as if you are using them it s probably because you have no option and are locked in a contract!
DC really care for their tenants. Wonderful and timely service, from enquiries to repairs to budget advice, over several years tenancy.
Have lived in a Dunedin Canmore flat for 6 years. I have not once had an interaction with them that went smoothly, or where they didn't make some sort of mistake.
Shocking. Don't help anyone with housing. Would rather put junkies into houses instead of people who deserve them.
Very disappointed ,my bedroom windows been jammed as the lock on bottoms broken..after 4 time's yes 4 call outs, they need ladder's? To book em.was the 2 nd time,3rd was weather which I understand that then got it put back a further 4 weeks then they now need to order the window lock? Omg how unprofessional, even the joiner was telling the girl that this is a FIRE HAZARD,so now I need to wait till 5 th April...so this has been 4/5 mths on a broken lock which BTW maybe can be fixed by a key,but nope they all know best so I will wait as usual, but I will go mad if its not fixed as I can't breathe in the room, I suffer from I don't want to say but its not good..
