Almost illegal misuse of finance!

Poor quality. Wasting money causing rose in costs to tenants. Perfectly, decent considerate complaint sent and response was utterly offensive by the CEO. The excess use of improper financial value is baring on illegal. Fortunately, unlike DC and CEO, I have a nice day and do something honest occasionally.
