Very helpful employees nice plants trees and shrubs

I m a complete gardening novice and every time I shop for flowers I have a bunch of questions. At Dundee the employees are always so patient and helpful and their selection is amazing. Most recently Jackie helped me pick several flowers for our front yard and I truly appreciated the time she spent with me. I ve been to many other garden stores in the area but never get the kind of help I do at Dundee.

Not even worthy of one star! Worst service I have ever experienced. Sarah refused to call me back after several attempts to reach her. I spent over $5,000 and the end result does NOT look anything like a $5,000 job. Half of the plants did not survive the first winter. They gave me a credit to replace. The replacement plants have a fungus. I tried to work it out with Gill, the General Manager, he was extremely rude. I was okay with spending a premium because I thought I would get excellent service and quality products. Just because you spend more money doesn't mean anything. I will never step foot in Dundee again. I will be sure to tell my friends and family to do the same.

They have a good variety of plants but slightly expensive then others. I purchased a few plants & 2 of them started dying the very next day. I went to exchange but found them to be extremely uncooperative. They finally did not return or exchange. It was disappointing and I would never ever shop at this place.

Poor quality of trees. Terribly overpriced. Lousy customer service.

We made our way across town early Sunday morning to swap three plants purchased from Dundee last summer that didn t make it through the winter. Despite both Google hours and their own website store hours reflecting 9:00-5:00 on Sunday's, they weren t open. We called the nursery to hear their voicemail saying they were closed on Sunday's. This happened last summer as well with their business not following hours posted on Google.

I m willing to pay a premium to support a local business but failing to communicate your hours of operation and thereby wasting your customers weekend is truly frustrating.

Great local nursery with competitive prices on plants. Good selection of trees, including large potted trees.

We purchased mainly perennials last summer from them. One variety did not survive the winter. In inquiring about replacing them, per what we thought was their policy, as shared by the sales person, we were told that the replacement policy was only for shrubs, not perennials. In asking to speak to the manager, the receptionist returned and simply told me that the manager agreed with her. In other words, the manager could not be bothered with a concerned customer. I did replace the plants with a nursery in the Buffalo area that specifically explained, without me asking, that their guarantee covers all perennials. It is well worth the extra miles--the plants are just as good, the prices are better, and we felt valued as a customer.
