IT IS ONE OF THE HERITAGE BUILDING IN DALHOUSIE.VERY NEAT AND WELL MAINTAINED PLACE.EVERY BODY WILL LIKE IT.

Old building centrally located in Dalhousie area in Kolkata.

Crowded place. Commercial buildings are here. Many Indian and foreign companies run here. Here is LIC branch also.

This building is itself a heritage. Located in the banks of river Hooghly, it's built in a typical British style. It serves as an important office nowadays. Well maintained, easily accessible via roadways.

Some prominent offices of big companies were here plz do visit and get the vacancies available here..

One of the historical place but neglected because of poor administration.

It's also one of the heritage building in the Kolkata the," City of joy ".
But besides that it has not now good condition.
It should take actions related to this issue
and should do the proper maintanence of the house.

Heritage building with old world charm. Nostalgic senses prevail. On one side is Bengal vidhan sabha and on other side is crowded bara bazaar. Parking can be a problem so use taxes. Bargain well with taxis if not with meter. Lots of food options on downstreet. Have offices of some famous companies housed in building. Spencers retail and Duncan tea.
