SO BAD!!! Its been almost a year and nobody has answered. they said they would take on my case and I swear to you its a case that would be a walk in the park. I have done half the work for them all they need to do is present my case to a judge... Lazy people. I bet the good reviews are from workers from DL. The worst Solicitors EVER!!

No wheelchair access passersby on the street helped me in. Lied and said she (Fernanda Stefani) called and told me not to come but when I complained lied again and told her boss I was upset because my paper work wasn't right. Couldn't direct me home another customer inside took me to the train station. Not going back there very distressing. No collaboration inside the office . Would give no stars but not an option. Actually the receptionist deserves 5. She assisted me up and down the stairs to get to the toilet as there is no lift.

Never accept a review of a decision before a court date. They will outright lie to you and tell you this is the only way it can be done. You need to ignore that offer and directly advise your solicitor not to accept it weeks before because they will accept it without your permission. Eventually you will receive a positive decision before the court date. These people cost me months of my life so that they could take legal aid payments. Liars through and through. Disgusting behaviour from people in positions of power, what they do is truly shameful, no integrity.

Entering the building was like a menagerie for the damned: forlorn faces waiting for the great and good to appear from on high - or rather, to scuttle out from the recesses of the building. My case was quite serious and i was told that I should be contacted within a few hours by the best man for it. Despite my repeated phone calls over a period of days, nobody was ever available or bothered to call me back. Hackney at its worst, i decided: a cross between Dickens and a cattle market but with modern Viking Office Supplies furnishings. Caveat emptor.

Contacted using the web form. Got rang back today. Solicitor made me re-explain everything I had provided on the form. Kept interrupting me to ask questions with no bearing (insisted I call it "finance" instead of "financial aid," for example. Honestly.), then informed me I had ticked the wrong box on the website by acting like it was a sudden realization (she had all of this information in advance). Instead of just referring me to anyone helpful, like she could have done having received my written statement so knowing full well I had gotten confused, she explained the definition of personal injury. Repeatedly, she was not willing to give information that obviously I needed and was snide about it. I hope you feel better about yourself or smarter or whatever you were hoping to accomplish by being rude and withholding to a stranger, Shabana. Pitiful.

Very un professional the lady I saw first was really helpful and was told she wasn't able to help me but refered me to Priscilla who could help, she was unable to speak to me at that time and I was told to phone her. I called her let her know the situation and she grilled me with Q that I thought was irrelevant to my case. Regardless of my situation they are there to provide a service and all she asked me was WHY this Why that not exactly trying to help me but grilling me like I was a criminal. I think she needs to go back to the drawing board and get re trained because that was disgusting. NEVER USE DUNCAN LEWIS better to represent yourself!!!!

This company is very unprofessional they loose peoples documents and don't communicate with their clients and most of them are trianiees and do not have any clue to do their job. I would not recommend this solictors to anyone and I deeply regret it by going with them and I have made a formal complaint regarding this. Stupid people

My suggestion they should rename this company from Duncan Lewis to The Catastrophe Solicitors
