Contacted using the web form. Got rang back today. Solicitor made me re-explain everything I had provided on the form. Kept interrupting me to ask questions with no bearing (insisted I call it "finance" instead of "financial aid," for example. Honestly.), then informed me I had ticked the wrong box on the website by acting like it was a sudden realization (she had all of this information in advance). Instead of just referring me to anyone helpful, like she could have done having received my written statement so knowing full well I had gotten confused, she explained the definition of personal injury. Repeatedly, she was not willing to give information that obviously I needed and was snide about it. I hope you feel better about yourself or smarter or whatever you were hoping to accomplish by being rude and withholding to a stranger, Shabana. Pitiful.
