No wheelchair access passersby on the street helped me in. Lied and said she (Fernanda Stefani) called and told me not to come but when I complained lied again and told her boss I was upset because my paper work wasn't right. Couldn't direct me home another customer inside took me to the train station. Not going back there very distressing. No collaboration inside the office . Would give no stars but not an option. Actually the receptionist deserves 5. She assisted me up and down the stairs to get to the toilet as there is no lift.
