Booked my van in for repair on Wednesday 14th for repair to a fan fault. Also had MOT done whilst garage had van, after failing MOT Duff Morgan kept my van for 3 1/2 weeks rectifying issue which turned out to be stretched handbrake cables. More

This place cannot be faulted for customer service, quality of work, pricing or convenience. I had travelled from Northampton and noticed an issue with my brakes. When I was offered the opportunity to get the problem sorted the very next day, I was incredibly surprised and grateful. The work was done within the day. I was fully informed about the situation and advised on pricing beforehand.
Work, service and communication are all well above the standard.

Purchased first car from Duff' in 2007 then went on to buy a C1 for my wife. Recently I bought our 5th car from them.
Servicing, repairs etc is made easier with courtesy car, while you wait and I think even a collection service.
Any small problems I've had over the years, have been satisfactorily dealt with.
Keep up the good service Duff Morgan (Norwich)!

I asked for a courtesy car: twice it had virtually no fuel in it. The second time we were nearly without a car as it had been booked out to another client. The brake pads on my DS5 had to be renewed: after the work there was a friction noise from the back overtaken in volume by another in the front to the extent that the car was alarming to drive. Despite an email to Duff Morgan's service manager, I had no reply to my mail and no phone call. I ended up going elsewhere to a non-Citroen garage and now wonder if I will ever buy another Citroen again if Norfolk only has Duff Morgan as a distributor. I love the car, very very disappointed by both Norwich and King's Lynn garages. Sorry.

Am on my 6th mobility car with them. Whenever car needs to go in for a service etc the staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Present car due to be changed August next year and wouldn't think about going anywhere else!

poor service, took over one week to get vehicle back on the road, shocking service & just tried to call with no answer.... not a good service at all......................would give zero stars but 1 is minimum ....avoid....

I broke down on a visit to Norwich and staff were very helpful arranging a prompt recovery and fitting my warranty repair in as an emergency so I could return home within a couple of days. My only criticism is phone messages i left weren't responded to very promptly.

Very helpful staff in the parts department.
Needed to take the trim off to be able to find which kind of switch I need in the tailgate. They told me which trim clips are reusable and which break when trim removed. Only sold me the bits really needed, and even offered a cheaper alternative which fits just as well.

Had van booked in for service and arranged for collection and delivery. No sign of anyone so called and was told van not booked in despite an email confirmation! Rearranged service and asked for collection and was told they would sort something. Day of service no confirmation of collection so had to chase. Luckily had cancellation so able to pick up van. Customer service lacking considering most van owners are self employed.

We had dropped off a courtesy car that we had had for 7 weeks because our original car cut out whilst you were driving. But to their credit they gave us a new car in replacement on the same price and service plan. Also they were very professional.

My citroen C4 cactus had problems with the main info screen not coming on when starting car. Stop/start not working either. Computer said nothing wrong! They did not offer to investigate further. Took it to Disira instead, yes there is a problem! They will fix it hooray. Waste of time taking it to Duff Morgan.
