I asked for a courtesy car: twice it had virtually no fuel in it. The second time we were nearly without a car as it had been booked out to another client. The brake pads on my DS5 had to be renewed: after the work there was a friction noise from the back overtaken in volume by another in the front to the extent that the car was alarming to drive. Despite an email to Duff Morgan's service manager, I had no reply to my mail and no phone call. I ended up going elsewhere to a non-Citroen garage and now wonder if I will ever buy another Citroen again if Norfolk only has Duff Morgan as a distributor. I love the car, very very disappointed by both Norwich and King's Lynn garages. Sorry.
