I understand waiting at a Dr office and am usually patient abt that, but 3.5 hours total for one problem is not acceptable. It seems the wait gets longer and longer each time. I really do love Dr Angel and understand when she runs behind some, bc she takes time with all her patients, but some of the others making you wait 2-over 3 hours is too much

I have never waited more than a few minutes. Fast, clean, private. Dr. Childers is a competent and friendly physician.

The wait is never that long. I do not like that You have to go in for every issue of you were just in recently. They should be willing to call in a prescription for a prescription anti inflammatory or something of that nature if you were recently in. Not everything needs a doctor's appointment especially if you were recently there. The staff,nurses and doctors do listen to you but are somewhat hesitant to do things you ask(if you are persistent they will listen). Overall I like the doctors I have seen and each staff member I have come in contact with.
I've had to update my review with less stars. The front desk staff has poor atititudes and told my spouse how my spouse was wrong and how a svhesuling issue was my spouses fault(it wasn',they scheduled something incorrectly). They we're not tactful helping with this issue. Also,they don't like to see you for more than one issue at a time and make you come back. A doctor's visit isn't free (for most hard working citizens). The office doesn't seem to care much and they want you to come back for each issue. Not practical.I pay a lot of money for a visit and if it takes the full"15 minutes" then they need to stay and listen or I would like a discount. No longer with this practice.
