Ducati Austin Review

I had such a great buying experience with Ducati Austin. I received a high level of service from the moment Greg responded to my online request. Greg was transparent and available anytime I had questions about the bike for sale. Greg treated me with respect and like I was sitting in the showroom there in Austin even though I was actually texting and talking over the phone from Houston. Then to top of the amazing experience Greg personally delivered the bike to my home here in Houston. I will recommend all my friends and anyone who asks to Ducati Austin! Thank you Greg for a phenomenal buying experience!!

Absolutely indifferent salespeople, no desire to sell you anything. Asked for a test ride for an entry-level bike, was turned down (some random reason as in my bike insurance currently does not have a comparable bike . Well had I not sold a comparable bike a month earlier, why would I be shopping for a new one???)

Ducati believes itself to be a premium brand yet the rudeness of salespeople made me feel like I was in a dollar store. My previous Yamaha bike purchase was way more pleasant. On the bright side the location is clean, bikes look cool (that god forbid you cannot test ride. Are you supposed to buy one blind?)

I had a wonderful experience buying my 2021 Ducati Streetfighter V4S from Greg Moody at Ducati Austin! I cannot say enough on how well Greg is in regards to communication. He is super prompt in email replies, he is thorough with his answers and always answers the phone as well. I have had the bike for a few weeks now and he is still holding true to perfect communication :-) Thank you Greg! Ducati Austin service guys are awesome as well. They are very flexible to make sure I have been taken care of, both prior to purchase and now with the first service. Thank you Ducati Austin! Now you just need to have a big sale on some carbon fiber products and you get 6 stars :-)

I recently purchased my first bike, a 2021 Ducati scrambler icon dark with some modifications and as a first time buyer Greg made the process so easy along with exceptional customer service, as well as Juan from the parts department. Both were welcoming and helpful and not to mention offered great advice to me from their experience as seasoned rider s. If you re even thinking about wanting a bike I highly recommend this location.. they re welcoming, eager to help, and knowledgeable af.

I went in and was able to test ride multiple motorcycles with a valid drivers license and insurance without any issue, in fact they offered it without me asking. I rode a Diavel 1260 and V4 Multistrada. I ended up purchasing the Diavel.

I couldn t be happier with my purchase and had my first service done the next week. My service experience was also 5 stars.

It is a great shop from both the sales and service side, highly recommended and I will certainly purchase another motorcycle from them in the future.

Shout out to Greg Moody of Ducati Austin. I found a great deal on a used bike on their website. Greg worked out all the details over the phone. I drove from Houston the next day to pick it up and spent less than 15 minutes finalizing the purchase. Greg helped me load the bike in my trailer, and I was back on the road to Houston in about half an hour. Great buying experience all the way around.

I can't thank Greg Moody at Ducati of Austin enough for his help with my recent Ducati purchase! He was so accommodating to my family and I. Answering all of my questions, giving great advice, no pressure, and even showed us his personal Desert Sled. I've been to this dealership many times over the years and they've always welcomed me to play with their toys. So glad I could finally return the favor by pulling the trigger on my first Ducati at their fantastic dealership. Best dealer experience I've ever had!

Had my V4 beast serviced Thursday. Continued EXCELLENT service from the Ducati Austin team. Always a great experience and even meet me at my car when time allows to help me carry in wheels for tire mounting. Cant say enough good things!
