I had such a great buying experience with Ducati Austin. I received a high level of service from the moment Greg responded to my online request. Greg was transparent and available anytime I had questions about the bike for sale. Greg treated me with respect and like I was sitting in the showroom there in Austin even though I was actually texting and talking over the phone from Houston.
