Ioc parking, bosses over each other, send you each to the other gate, to stop at the ramp I do not say, some come in, others go out, pedestrians, 3.5 trucks, vans and among all these you try to climb the ramp. Some guys are okey, Thanks to Dan from Alexandrion, instead the bosses with their noses up, nervous and give order to each other and then say "I answer, do it or vice versa". In a word: Hurry!

At Vaillant Group, I brought goods for them from Slovakia and they made fun of me. They are very arrogant. I arrived at 07.30 and I had gone through the download documents, at 08.00. They came at 09.00 and until 09.30 they did not open the doors to the ramp or office. It's 10.30 and they haven't started unloading the goods yet.
SAD. Beware of hidden costs. I asked for a DDP price and I received additional costs of approx + 70% of the initial value. I am not honest and I do not recommend this company for international transport (especially see shipping). I communicated in the relationship with this company with Mrs. Elena Oprea who with perfect kindness kept adding costs to me)

Tragedy. You never know how long the unloading will take, but it's definitely long. There is nowhere to park waiting for unloading, very tight. Warehouse rude. I have never met such unpleasant people anywhere in Romania. They give the impression that they are working there as a punishment.
They beat their customers. Do not comply with the delivery terms. To take the order I promise you any delivery time you want.
