Hi, just bought the DVR Camera with 2.5" TFT LCD Screen. The Unit is working fine and I am sure will be very useful.

My only negative comment is about the Instruction Manual. It is fine enough as it goes but has no indication of what the individual ICONS on the LCD screen indicate, with the exception of the "Camera" Symbol. On my model the Red Circle flashes on the screen when recording but the Record/OK button does not as stated on page 5. I don't know if this is a fault or not.

Other than that I find the Unit exceptional value for money.

absolutely terrible service I spoke to one of the bosses yesterday he had no manners he was very rude he addressed himself as Kevin. Took me 4 attempts to speak to Kevin, the girl who transferred me to him didn t have a clue what she was doing or saying. Please people don t purchase anything from this company they are not trustworthy.

Bought a forecourt product that does not work, garage changed hands so contacted DSL 3 times via email and they have not answered or acknowledged. Do not trust them.

Horrible place to work
Really long hours, very badly managed by the manager (who s the big boss son).
Glad I m out of there. Repetitive work, minimum wage
