Very friendly staff, amazing and custom job on a stuffed pink dinosaur.

They did a great job with minimal delay. I highly recommend them.

Never had a problem here, staff is always nice, and they always complete my requests when they say they will. I ve had my pants hemmed, suits and other clothes dry cleaned, and they even sowed a special item for me that I gave to my daughter as a birthday gift. I ve been a customer since I moved into the area back in 2011.

I've been here a few times, but will not be returning. A certain staff member claims to have 20+ years of exp. in the business, but has NO customer service skills. I left specific alteration instructions for a garment and it was altered incorrectly. Also, I think they make their own prices up each day, as I was charged a different price each time, for the same item !!!!! It costs nothing to say Thank You.

I took a couple of expensive shirts in to get the sleeves shorten. However, 3 out of the 4 shirts came out too short. The owner was very understanding and gave me the replacement cost for those shirts. It was great dealing with a business that knows customer service and I will definitely go there again.

So far I've had a dry cleaning done for rust/grease stains, a patch job on a pair of jeans and had the sides taken in one a long sleeve button up shirt, and each job came out exactly as expected. It does take the better part of a week typically, but it seems like they have a lot of customers so I don't worry about it too much. Thanks for all you do!

Accidents happen, I get it. Mistakes and errors are going to happen, no one is perfect. To expect a business to never make a mistake is unrealistic. Which is why I was friendly and pleasant when I went into Alterations Station today to show them my sweater that was snagged in 8 places the last time it was dry cleaned with the dry cleaning tag still attached.

I smiled. I greeted the owner warmly and explained that my sweater was damaged. She examined my sweater and noted two things it had been a while since it was dry cleaned and there were a couple of spots on the front of the sweater. Correct, I haven t worn it in 3 months since I picked it up from dry cleaning and it is a well-loved sweater.

She asked if the snags were there when I dropped it off for cleaning. I responded no, definitely not. Really, I just wanted to know if she could fix it and give the business owner the opportunity to make it right.

She told me she had no way of knowing for sure the condition of the sweater when I brought it in. Seriously, I ve used this dry cleaning business for 10 years and brought them THOUSANDS of dollars of business. And she couldn t believe a long-term, loyal customer when I told her that I did not cause damage. Never once did she say I m sorry this happened, there was ZERO empathy or accountability. I told her I was offended by her accusation that I would damage my sweater and bring it in to blame her business. Her response was the she was offended I was blaming her business. For real.

Blows my mind that small businesses beg for customer loyalty and then treat their most loyal customers like fraudsters. Shame on you Alterations Station. You don t deserve my business or anyone else s.

She refunded the cost of the dry cleaning ($6.25). I assume the rude-passive-aggressive comment from her was because she didn t want to compensate me for the actual sweater.

One star for service is too much! How can you let go of a LONG term staff member?? Sue went over above & beyond to make sure all customers were happy & satisfied!! You (Diane) made a horrible mistake letting her go! I will NEVER patronize the Alteration Station again & I hope other customers read this & feel the same way!

I've had five pairs of pants hemmed here without any issue at all. Walk in, give the guy my inseam length (most were 34 inches or 37 inches hemmed to 32), hemmed in 3-5 days. They do an absolutely fantastic job with raw denim/selvedge and blind stitches for wools. Affordable too.

The alteration station is one of the best locations in columbus to get suits and pants tailored. I just had two suits tailored there and they did a great job. I appreciate the accuracy and attention to details!
