Avoid this company! Give your rent to someone that actually cares about their tenants. We are current renters and have had multiple repair issues that they just seem annoyed by. Communication is not even sub-par. Emails are rude and condescending.
Their usual repair guy is terrible. Upon move-in, the carpets stunk. The repair guy suggested we just spilled a cup of water on the carpet and that is what caused the smell. Every repair is a struggle.
They are dismissive even with serious problems (leaking windows, flooded floors). Ask to speak with their boss about said issues and he will ignore your calls and redirect them to the manager with whom you had the initial problem.
Will they eventually fix your problem? Probably after time, but not without informing you how much it is costing them and what a burden it is to fix said problems. (They must have forgot that is their JOB).
For Lancaster this is wildly disappointing. Customer service does not exist for them. I m sure we will lose our security deposit just for writing this - but hey, judging on the last review, we probably wouldn t get it back anyway!
At first Drogaris seems like a great company to rent from. Nice apartments and office space but when you end your lease BEWARE! They will nickle and dime you for everything. I have never rented from someone who expects me to be on my knees scrubbing the floor boards before I leave. If you want all of your deposit back hire a professional cleaning company to clean it before you leave. It will cost less than what they take from you. ALSO even though they say they'll fill the nail holes when asked what to do about them to do not disclose the fact that they charge you for it. Your rent does NOT cover the cost of cleaning between tenants. Even though that is a normal cost of doing business for anyone owning rental properties they do not feel it is. They management is snippy and has a lot of attitude. Our experience while renting wasn't bad but while leaving it was nothing but a bug headache. I have also heard this from other people who have rented both apartment and office space!
